There will be no shortage of fuel – Serhii Kuiun

The oil infrastructure remains a constant target for the enemy. As everybody understands the risks, new agreements have been made, in particular for the supply of fuel through Romanian and Polish ports. Some work was also done on cross-border transshipment of fuel. Thus, there will be no shortage of fuel in Ukraine.

Serhii Kuiun, Director of Consulting Group A95, made this statement during an event at the country’s main discussion platform BrainHub at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“The work on cross-border transshipment of fuel was very well done, because, let me remind you, we have different track widths with Europe, we have to take fuel from European tanks and put it into our Ukrainian tanks at the border. A lot has been done there – additional work crews, additional equipment. That is, I am sure that there will be no shortage of fuel,” the expert noted.

BrainHub is the country’s main discussion platform created by Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform. It brings together experts from the state and civil society sectors. BrainHub hosts intellectual discussions around the issues of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. It’s the birthplace of the best ideas that will become the foundation for the road map of Ukraine’s reconstruction in all sectors: economy, infrastructure, education, agriculture, security, digital, etc.
