The Bridge in Melitopol District, Blowing Up of Which is Discussed in Social Media, Was Destroyed Back in May: Russists Used It to Transfer Weapons — Mayor

Social and mass media disseminate reports that the Melitopol district railway bridge, which was one of the key ones for military support of invaders, has been recently destroyed. Ivan Fedorov, Mayor of Melitopol, commented on these reports during the briefing at the Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The issue of destruction of the next railway bridge is actively discussed in social media and generally. I’d like to note that this bridge was destroyed back in May, after which the russists tried to restore it several times. But it can not in service, it “tired” once again. I want to emphasize the significance of this path. It was via railway that the russists tried to transfer their heavy weapons and ammunition. And it is this route from Melitopol to Tokmak, and then in the direction of Berdiansk, Mariupol and Donbas, that will not be in service for them again. I am sure that the bridges will continue to fall and explode, because russists’ logistics is something that must be destroyed first,” Ivan Fedorov said.
