In 2022, Tax Revenues to the State Budget of the Rivne Region Increased by 23%; Banks Granted UAH 2.4 Billion in Business Loans — Head of Oblast Military Administration

Tax revenues to the state budget of the Rivne region increased by 23% in 2022 compared to the previous year. Vitaliy Koval, Head of Rivne Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during the briefing in Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The region coped well with the wartime challenges. Our tax and budget revenues increased by 23% compared to 2021. First of all, this is due to the stable operation of businesses. We can see that programs like “5-7-9” have greatly whitewashed the business. Today, it is advantageous to work legally and pay taxes, because the state returns such budget and tax losses to businesses a hundredfold in the form of low-interest loan resources. I will mention only one figure: during the large-scale invasion, the Rivne region banking institutions issued UAH 2,400,000,000 for businesses. It is a big support, and there is a reaction in the form of taxes,” Vitaliy Koval said.
