If restrictions are lifted, there will be military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and Israel – Yevgen Korniychuk

If the restrictions on military-technical cooperation are lifted, Ukraine and Israel will be able to successfully cooperate on anti-drone and air defense systems, as well as other aspects of military cooperation, which has been discussed by Ukraine over the past 20 months.

Yevgen Korniychuk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Israel, expressed this opinion during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Regarding further cooperation, I would focus more on military-technical cooperation. I think that any reservations in this regard will be removed after these sad events that happened, and we will be able to cooperate more in matters of military-technical cooperation. But, once again, this is a problem that we have had for years and, most likely, we cannot expect any immediate, urgent improvements. But I am sure that the restrictions will be lifted, and we will be able to successfully cooperate in matters of anti-drones, so-called jammers, and air defense systems, and other kinds of military cooperation that we have been asking for over the past 20 months,” Yevgen Korniychuk explained.
