Enemy can use “Kinzhal” missiles to hit other regions, ports under threat – Natalia Humeniuk

Currently, there is no increased activity of enemy MiG-31s, which can fire Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, over the Black Sea. However, Ukrainian ports may be under threat, as they could become the enemy’s next target.

Natalia Humeniuk, Head of the United Coordinating Press Center of Security and Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“We have not yet observed the activity of such aircraft in the Black Sea. Although it is possible that they may try such maneuvers, including directing their threats with such “Kinzhal” aeroballistic missiles to other regions. If earlier we talked about the fact that they were mostly trying to attack the capital, and this posed a more direct threat to – the so-called, according to their parameters, decision-making center – now, with the enemy’s focus on taking Ukraine’s place in the grain initiative, ports may also come under threat  of attacks, in particular, with the use of such weapons,” Natalia Humeniuk explained.
