Ambulance won’t come if a person does not have a russian passport – Head of Zaporizhia Oblast Military Administration on occupiers’ methods of forcing passports on locals

The enemy continues to force russian passports on the locals in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhia region. Violating people’s rights, the occupiers resort to various methods of blackmail. In particular, citizens who do not have a russian passport are denied medical care.

Yurii Malashko, Head of Zaporizhia Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Their so-called ‘passportization’ continues. Clear tasks have been set to maximize the number of so-called passports issued by the end of this year. They do it in different ways. First of all, it is the fact that people now have to re-register their possessions, home ownership, or a home, for example. If they are not re-registered, they are simply “confiscated.” And in order to re-register, you need to have a passport. Getting medical help – an ambulance may not come if a person does not have a russian passport. And this is only the beginning,” Yurii Malashko noted.
