Almost 16,000 Facilities of Mykolaiv Region Have Been Damaged or Destroyed, of Which 10,000 Account for One-Story Private Houses — Vitalii Kim

During the briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform, Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, outlined the restoration plans for the damaged or destroyed facilities in the Mykolaiv region.

“Almost 16,000 facilities have been damaged or destroyed across the region. Approximately 10,000 of them are one-story private houses. But not all of them are completely destroyed, there are damages that we have already restored and can restore on our own. Everyone is involved in this: both the state and foreign partners. We discussed the tasks related to priority facilities. These are kindergartens, schools and hospitals, which will be restored according to the basic reference principle so that people can receive services. After that, we will expand the area of restoration. As for private restoration, Diia already provides for the procedure for private houses. For enterprises, it is under development by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and will be available in the future too. Works are underway, they are being prepared, but I believe that a massive recovery will take place immediately after our victory,” Vitalii Kim said.
