“Academic Year in Mykolaiv Oblast Will Start on Time,” Head of the Oblast Military Administration

Vitaliy Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, stated that the damage analysis was going on in Mykolaiv’s Teacher Training University to start its reconstruction. A decision was made on the Shipbuilding University, with teaching to start from September 15.

“We will cut off the building portion destroyed by russian attacks, restore heat supply to the remaining part and resume operations. People are there; nobody was hit. The academic year will start; the only issue is the online format for teaching. The teaching will be organized offline wherever we can ensure the safety of university and school students. Many students left, but we managed to recruit the first-year students,” he explained.

According to Vitaliy Kim, Mykolaiv city and oblast keep living as fully as possible: “There are even traffic jams in Mykolaiv. The harvesting campaign is ongoing.”
