Vitaliy Kim Recommended That Oblast Residents Buy Power Generators for Winter

Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, stated this during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine—Ukrinform.

“While the oblast is preparing for the heating season, I believe that the residents must stock up on fuel and diesel generators. Artillery attacks can give rise to extraordinary situations. So everyone should stock up if one can,” he said.

However, Vitaliy Kim added that Mykolaiv Oblast was among the Top 5 oblasts in terms of the preparedness for the new heating season despite the hostilities close by: “We started with preparations for winter two months ago. We plan to test the heating system the next week.”
