SPFU failed to sell state warehouses near the 7th kilometer from the first try – the starting price was halved

The state-owned enterprise TVK failed to be sold at auction the first time, so it is being put up for auction again for half the price. Now the starting price at the auction, which is scheduled for December 7, will be about 104 million.

This was announced during a briefing at the Ukraine-Odesa Media Center by the acting head of the regional office of the State Property Fund in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions Victoria Lysiuk.

“The object of privatization is located in an economically attractive area of Odesa, on the territory of the adjacent industrial market “7 kilometer”. “TVK consists of retail, warehouse and administrative premises with a total area of 35,368.5 square meters. There are 17 retail and warehouse premises with an average area of 2,000 square meters each,” said Victoria Lysiuk.

The official emphasized that before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the company was actively operating and still generating income: “The volume of sales of products, both works and services for the period from 2020 and for the first nine months of 2023 amounted to UAH 131576080 thousand,” Lysiuk calculated.

“The fenced territory of the enterprise is located on a land plot of 6.5 hectares. The object of privatization is a fully operational business with an annual output of over UAH 30 million per year. The main activity is warehousing and trading services,” said Vadym Stapinskyi, deputy head of the SPFU’s legal department for Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

The online auction is scheduled in the system “Prozorro. Sale system on December 7, 2023. The starting price of the auction is UAH 104 116 050.
