“Tribunal for russians, Assistance for Ukraine, and Sanctions,” Oleksiy Goncharenko about Main Topics in Davos

A tribunal for russians, assistance for Ukraine, sanctions against russia, and reconstruction of villages and cities damaged in fighting are the main topics discussed at the World Economic Forum. Oleksiy Goncharenko, a Member of the Verkhovna Rada, who is in Davos now, stated this during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine.

“The first topic is war crimes and a tribunal for russia’s military and political leaders. It is important for the lasting isolation of russia. The next topic is assistance for Ukraine. Much attention was paid to military assistance and economic aid. The third topic is sanctions against oil and gas. Obviously, some countries want to continue their business with russia. Therefore, we need to keep bringing pressure on them. The next topic is the reconstruction of Ukraine. We said it was very important to start rebuilding Ukraine now, without waiting for the end of the fighting,” Oleksiy Goncharenko said.
