russia should not be able to attack either Ukraine or any other neighboring country again.

Anka Feldhusen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine emphasized this point during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform. 

“russia should not be able to attack either Ukraine or another neighboring country again. It’s our goal. How can we achieve this? Supplying weapons is one of the key components, and we continue to do so. But, as one who lives here, I can say for sure there should be a very powerful and strong wall on the border with russia, so it does not attack Ukraine ever again.”
