There are even traffic jams in Mykolaiv – Vitalii Kim about the mass return of people to the region

The active process of refugees returning to the Mykolaiv region has been registered for more than six months now. 

Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“People have been returning for more than six months now. Frankly speaking, there are traffic jams in Mykolaiv. Even those who fled war a long time ago, who have been abroad for a year and a half, have since returned to their homeland. This is a massive phenomenon now,” he said.
