The Ministry of Defense Commented on Information about the russian Assault in the East

It is not a secret that russian forces have achieved temporary success in some areas. However, we cannot talk about the foe’s assault and the retreat of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.

Oleksandr Motuzianyk, the spokesperson of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, disclosed this information during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Ukraine’s Armed Forces engage in the flexible defense effort in some frontline areas by changing their positions, stepping aside, and counterattacking under favorable conditions. We pursue a broad goal of liberating the entire territory of our country. It will happen sooner or later,” he said.

The spokesperson of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense emphasized that the situation in Donbas is very dynamic and changes rapidly. However, Ukraine’s Armed Forces control the important ways to supply weapons.
