“The humanitarian situation in occupied Mariupol is catastrophic; the city isn’t ready for the heating season,” Vadym Boichenko

Vadym Boichenko, Mayor of Mariupol made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The humanitarian situation in Mariupol is catastrophic. There is no water and electricity in most of the city, the heating season cannot start. The occupiers have no money and no specialists to fix the utilities. Water is supplied only to certain areas on the outskirts of the city. The majority of Mariupol residents are unemployed,” — he said.

The russian occupiers offer work to the people of Mariupol. Despite their promises to pay money, they do not actually pay anything. There is no humanitarian aid in the city either.
