The enemy is shelling State Border Guard Service units 300–400 times a day – Andriy Demchenko

The number of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups on the border with Russia is not increasing.  Andriy Demchenko, spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, stated this during a briefing at the Ukraine Media Center.

“Currently, there are isolated attempts by DRGs to infiltrate. The enemy is primarily operating with infantry groups, particularly in the Sumy region. This includes the Krasnopil and Yunakiev communities, as well as the areas around Myropillia and Shostka. In the Kharkiv region, enemy infantry is active in the Vovchansk community. But for the most part, the enemy continues to shell our territory. The number of enemy attacks on State Border Guard Service units, both at the border and on the front lines, ranges from 300 to 400 per day. Most of these are UAV attacks. Of course, there is also artillery fire. The enemy is actively using aviation to destroy the positions held by Ukrainian soldiers,” he said.
