The West gave a signal: after the removal of putin from power, a window of opportunity will be opened – Ukrainian Future Institute

This signal “sounded” at the trial regarding the Boening MH-17 plane wreckage in the Hague. Vadym Denysenko, executive director of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, stated this during the presentation of the report “Odesa myth in the russian-Ukrainian war of 2022” at the Media Center Ukraine – Odesa.

The expert recalled that during the last court session they showed that Putin was talking to the head of the so-called LPR Leonid Pasechnyk, and provided the evidence that Putin ordered the Buk anti-aircraft missile system (NATO classification – SA-11 Gadfly) to be sent to Donbas. The one that was used to shoot down the Malaysian Airlines plane.

“A certain process of Putin’s political isolation began in The Hague after his talks with Pasichnik were made public. The West has reached a consensus that after the political or physical removal of putin from power, a window of opportunity will be opened. Earlier, the West was afraid that radicals would come to power after putin’s gone,” Vadym Denysenko said.

Denysenko also noted that, in his opinion, putin will not push the red button, he will not start a nuclear war.

“The myth about a rat that will fight to the last when cornered is not about putin. He is a sociopath and a coward. In such cases, he moves aside, into the shadows, and waits for a window of opportunity to be opened, so he finally can act,” Denysenko noted.

According to the expert, putin will act in the same way when russia loses the announced full-scale offensive in Ukraine.
