Therefore, about a month ago, they started the exchange process even in their russian banks. They started issuing false rubles in their banks. We have seen cases when they gave out false rubles to their military or as humanitarian aid to our residents. Today, russists try to take away all hryvnias that residents have, on the one hand, and to give out their old and false rubles, on the other,” Ivan Fedorov said.
