In the Kherson territorial community, there are at least 1,500 destructions in a result of enemy shelling

Such calculations of the local government were given during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine-Odesa by Larisa Bortovyk, head of the Kherson branch of the volunteer construction battalion “Dobrobat”.

“At the moment about 1,500 destructions have been recorded only in the Kherson territorial community. And the majority of these destructions are housing and civil infrastructure,” the volunteer said.

Now, according to her, local authorities and volunteers are working on plans to restore the community.

“But what will we do with the villages near Kherson… I don’t even know if we will restore them or not. Because some villages were simply destroyed,” Larisa Bortovyk added.
