In Odesa oblast, 11 cases of fraud with humanitarian aid are being investigated – the regional prosecutor

One indictment was sent to court. Prosecutor of Odesa Oblast Serhii Kostenko said this during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine-Odesa.

“11 criminal proceedings are currently being investigated, one indictment has been submitted to the court against the persons of the humanitarian aid center made of “Assol” charitable organization, who traded in military property, which was provided as humanitarian aid,” said Serhii Kostenko.

The prosecutor added that due to their information, persons of this organization sold such property for the amount of 13 000 euros.

Also, an indictment was sent to the court against the head of the Suvorov district administration, who ordered to spend public funds to buy different goods at inflated prices for the sum of 17 000 euros.
