State Border Guard Service of Ukraine began to restore the state border in the previously occupied territories
Press Secretary of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) Andriy Demchenko said during a briefing at Ukraine Media Center that the SBGSU had begun to restore the state border in the oblasts liberated from the occupiers, in particular, in Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy oblasts.
Currently, demining of areas is underway – specialists are finding mines and tank shells. Where roads have already been explored, border checkpoints are being set up.
At the same time, border guards record the occupiers’ activity near the border with the Sumy region. The russians are constantly moving equipment and building fortifications there, and the enemy’s intelligence works, too.
