Russia plans to legitimize the practice of recruiting international crime representatives to fight in Ukraine

The Russian occupation authorities as endorsed by the central government are looking for accomplices and contingents in Central Asia and among international criminals, promising them land plots, houses, apartments, and business opportunities in Russia-occupied territories of Ukraine in exchange for participating in the waging war against Ukraine.

A representative of the Special Operations Forces’ National Resistance Center of Ukraine made this statement during a discussion at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“One of the methods, for example, today there is even a possibility of this practice being recognized at the state level, that today Russia moves to legalize criminal elements from different countries fighting in the war against Ukraine. That’s, they will be granted all the rights of a Russian citizen and legitimized to participate in the armed conflict against Ukraine,” he said.
