Republic of Bulgaria will provide Ukraine with more than one hundred units of armoured vehicles – Bulgarian Defence Minister

Minister Todor Tagarev said at a press conference at the Media Centre Ukraine – Odesa.

“Together with our allies, we will do everything possible to increase Ukraine’s capacity and defense capability and use all means to help. For this purpose, the Republic of Bulgaria is engaging all critical defense capabilities, some of our enterprises are working 24/7. Our countries are friends and allies.”

According to Tagarev, Bulgarian military warehouses have more than a hundred units of Soviet-style armoured vehicles.  The decision is to be ratified by the Bulgarian parliament in the near future, after which an agreement will be signed between the defenсe ministries of Ukraine and Bulgaria. The transfer of military equipment will begin in late September or early October.
