Republic of Bulgaria will help Ukraine in demining the Black Sea – Ukrainian MoD

The Minister of Defence of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov said this at a press conference at the Media Centre Ukraine – Odesa. 

“I can’t tell you the details, but we have already discussed with Bulgarian Defence Minister Todor Tagarev the issue of demining the Black Sea and the capabilities required for this. This problem is a common challenge for the four Black Sea countries – Ukraine, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania.”

Reznikov added that Todor Tagarev will soon meet with Romanian Defence Minister Angel Tilvar, where the parties will also discuss the challenges of Black Sea demining.
