Power engineers have planned the urgent restoration of electricity supply in the spring, summer and early autumn of 2023. And plans are being developed for next winter already. Oleksandr Kharchenko, Director at the Energy Industry Research Center, made this statement during the briefing in Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
