Over 35 thousand applicants registered for the National Multisubject Test in the Lviv region

In the last two days, educators expect the number of registrations to increase to 40,000. Graduates from temporarily occupied territories also applied. Larysa Serediak, director of the Lviv Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment, said this at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine-Lviv.

“Today, we have received several calls from people from the occupied territories. We recommend they register for additional sessions. We hope that in July, they will be able to get out of the occupied territories. Applicants must be present in person to take the exam at the testing center. Or they have to wait for an order from the Ministry of Education and Science, which was the case last year. And children coming from those territories were admitted to certain higher education institutions without the results of the national multisubject test”, said Larysa Serediak, director of the Lviv Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

The main session of the National Multisubject Test will take place on 5-23 June. This year’s multisubject test includes two compulsory subjects: Ukrainian language and mathematics, and one subject of choice: history of Ukraine; foreign language; biology; physics; chemistry. According to the Lviv Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment, the most popular additional subjects are the history of Ukraine and English. For Ukrainians abroad, temporary examination centers will operate in 32 countries.
