Over 250,000 IDPs registered in Lviv region – Andrii Hodyk
There has been no increase in the number of internally displaced persons in Lviv oblast since the beginning of the year.
Andrii Hodyk, First Deputy Head of Lviv Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“We see an approximately unchanging number of internally displaced persons, we do not notice an increase. But it is worth noting that some people leave, some come. And we can estimate the number of internally displaced persons at approximately 250,000. We actually haven’t seen an upward trend since the beginning of the year,” he said.
According to the First Deputy Head of Lviv Oblast Military Administration, internally displaced persons “are provided with everything necessary both in terms of housing and their pressing social and household needs.”
