Over 20,000 servicemen underwent rehabilitation in Defense Ministry healthcare facilities last year

More than 20,000 service members have undergone rehabilitation in the medical centers of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine over the past year.

This information was shared by Natalia Kalmykova, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Social Development, during a roundtable discussion at the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“As of today, the Ministry of Defense has deployed 2,600 rehabilitation beds. Over the past year, more than 20,000 military personnel have undergone rehabilitation exclusively in our healthcare facilities, as we only treat servicemen, including for rehabilitation purposes,” said Natalia Kalmykova.
