Occupiers move into empty houses and apartments in occupied territories of Luhansk region practically with their whole families – Artem Lysohor

By settling russians in the temporarily occupied settlements of Luhansk region, the occupiers want to influence the citizens of Ukraine remaining there.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“For example, the Svatove area, what we know is that brigades from the east of russia consisting of national minorities entered that area. Many of those brigades moved in and settled in empty houses and empty apartments practically with their whole families. Indeed, such a situation exists, it is not uncommon. But it is clear that russia will create conditions in order to increase their number and the percentage of people who live in this territory, and who will be able to influence the minds of our citizens who have remained there,” said Artem Lysohor.
