Occupiers carry out two terrorist attacks in Melitopol to sow fear among population — Ivan Fedorov
The russians are constantly shelling the territory around Melitopol to keep the local population at bay. The occupiers even carried out two terrorist attacks in the Central Market and in the Microdistrict.
Ivan Fedorov, Mayor of Melitopol made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“Passports continue to be imposed (on the population). This week, all employees of utility companies were issued an ultimatum that they must either receive a russian passport or be fired. Of course, people opt for not getting fired,” — he said.
In addition, the invaders almost completely stopped the evacuation through Vasylivka checkpoint. Now only 20-30 cars are allowed through, no more. Sometimes no one is allowed at all.
“They constantly change the rules of the passage and require a pass, or an entry in a registry. They also demand USD 300 for exit. They walk along the line of cars and offer to give up resistance fighters to let (civilians) through in exchange for some names. This is just terror,” — Ivan Fedorov said.
According to the mayor, the russian occupiers are currently trying to deport Ukrainian children to Crimea and Krasnodar.
