Now Retail Performs a Feat in the De-Occupied Territories: the Products Are Delivered in a Few Days and Stores Resume Operation — Retail Association of Ukraine 

The recovery rate of retail operations in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular in Kherson city, is astonishing. Andrii Zhuk, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Retail Association of Ukraine, made this statement during the briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“As of February 23, 65 food supermarkets operated in Kherson city, and now only 5 are operating. These are such chains as ATB, Ecomarket, Silpo, Tavria-V. We can see that there are sales in these stores, there are people who need to buy. As soon as the opportunity to work occurs, retail immediately starts working. In the first week after the liberation of Kherson, we all could see an interview with the Chair of the ATB management board, who was already at the ATB store opening. Just imagine: to deliver the products in a few days, restore operation of the store… I’m getting goosebumps right now. This is a feat performed by retail now,” Andrii Zhuk said.
