Next week, Mariupol aid centers will open in some Ukrainian cities

At present, “I am Mariupol” humanitarian centers operate in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Vinnytsia and Kyiv.

Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko made this statement at a briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The fi

rst cities where the humanitarian aid centers “I am Mariupol” for Mariupol residents started working are Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro. Because there are more than 70 thousand citizens. Mariupol residents work there for the sake of Mariupol residents. The centers provide legal, medical advice and (function as) social hubs. There is also a children’s room there,” — he said.

There are plans to open similar centers in Lviv, Odesa, Khmelnytsky, Kropyvnytskyi and Ivano-Frankivsk.

In addition, a family center will open in Vinnytsia, where families from Mariupol will be able to relax and recover from the situation in which they found themselves.
