Mobilization and poverty – political scientist points out russians’ greatest fears

Currently, the two main fears of russians include mobilization and deterioration of their material condition.

This is indicated by the results of a sociological survey conducted on the territory of the russian federation, which were presented at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“If we talk about the attitude to mobilization, then mobilization remains one of the two biggest fears in russian society. They are most afraid of the deterioration of their material condition, which holds the first place. For the first time, we can say that over the last three months, a large part of russians – more than half of the population at this point – clearly associate the deterioration of their lives with the war,” said political scientist Vadym Denysenko during the presentation.
