Ivan Fedorov: not a single ‘Gauleiter’ visited last bell ceremony in schools under occupation
Despite the fact that hardly any children came to last bell ceremonies and none of the “Gauleiters” visited the educational institutions to congratulate students, schools in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhia region were guarded by a large number of enemy troops.
Ivan Fedorov, Mayor of Melitopol, made this statement at a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“The last bell ceremony took place yesterday, it was held in a very unordinary way. Even if we look at last year’s trend, when the enemy tried to make it all look grandiose and the key “Gauleiters” visited our schools en masse as if to congratulate our children, then this year none of the “Gauleiters” visited the schools under occupation. And almost none of the children went there, but the schools were massively guarded by enemy troops. The whole perimeter was filled with enemy troops,” Ivan Fedorov reported.
In addition, Ivan Fedorov reported from which territories the majority of children are being deported today.
“We understand that today children are mostly taken out of those territories where the enemy has already announced a forced evacuation, this is a 30-kilometer zone from the Zaporizhia frontline. And there is no deportation of children from other settlements en masse today.”
