Individual EU member states won’t be able to delay aid to Ukraine 

The decision on the EU’s financial assistance to Ukraine does not state that any of the countries can trouble the process by blocking or holding up the aid packages to the country.

Vsevolod Chentsov, Representative of the Mission of Ukraine to the EU, made this statement at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform. 

“In yesterday’s decision, I did not see any possibility for individual member states to continue to make us stuck “in a state of limbo” in a year or two,” said Vsevolod Chentsov.
