In 2022, Odesa City Council received 52 vehicles from foreign partners

More than half of them, 32 units, were provided by Germany. Serhii Tetyukhin, deputy mayor of Odesa, told about this during a briefing at the Media Center Odesa-Ukraine.

13 units were provided by France, 3 by Italy, and 4 by Lithuania.

“We were provided with 17 passenger buses, 12 ambulances, 10 pickup trucks, 3 SUVs, 3 car towers, 2 fire and rescue vehicles, 2 rescue boats, a truck, a trailer, and a garbage truck,” the official said.

He also added that Germany handed over 6,000 gas masks and 25,000 gas mask filters to Odesa. “When there was a threat of an attack on the Odesa near-port plant, we handed over these gas masks to the utility workers and the police,” Serhii Tetyukhin added.
