Guided aerial bomb attacks decrease after downing of enemy jets in Kherson region
In the four days after the downing of the enemy jets, there were no reports of guided aerial bombs being dropped on Kherson region.
Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, Spokesman for the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“Yes, three Sukhoi planes were indeed destroyed in our section. They (the occupiers – Ed.) reduced the frequency of shelling and the number of guided aerial bombs, there was no report of guided aerial bombs for almost four days. But yesterday two guided aerial bombs were dropped in Zmiivka area, they are now probing (our defenses – Ed.), probably looking for options on how to continue this act of terror,” said Oleksandr Tolokonnikov.
As reported on December 24, the Air Defense of Ukraine destroyed two russian Su-34 fighter jets in the Mariupol area and one Su-30 over the Black Sea. Additionally, three Su-34 fighter-bombers were downed on December 22.
