Educational process in Zhytomyr region: in-person lessons held in 93% of institutions

Practically all students and pupils in schools, universities and preschool institutions in Zhytomyr oblast can attend classes in person.

Vitalii Bunechko, Head of Zhytomyr Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“In our region, 92-93% study offline. And this small part, these are educational institutions, where we failed to build a bomb shelter. But I want to assure you that we are working very hard in this direction, and our task is to ensure that our children can study safely – this is a priority. I am sure that we will manage, we are developing various mechanisms to protect our children. That’s why I’m pleased that practically all schoolchildren, all pupils, in schools, universities, and kindergartens can come to our institutions offline,” Vitalii Bunechko noted.
