Despite enemy strikes, people are coming back to Mykolaiv region – Vitalii Kim

Despite enemy sharply intense missile and drone attacks across the region, there is a positive trend set in the return of residents to Mykolaiv city and oblast.

“We record positive developments towards displaced people returning to the region and the city. Despite Russia launching more shelling attacks, an increasing number of people are returning and want to settle down to live and work at home. There are positive dynamics in this regard,” he said, noting that the return rate has remained steady over the past month.
