Attacks on infrastructure in Kherson region occur every 2 hours — Energy Industry Research Center

The enemy continues to deliberately destroy objects of civilian infrastructure in Kherson and prevent their restoration. Oleksandr Kharchenko, Director at the Energy Industry Research Center made this statement at a briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Attacks on local infrastructure in Kherson region occur every 2 hours. In other words, russian terrorists actually continue to deliberately destroy objects there. There is shelling of emergency teams that have left for work. Nevertheless, work continues: everyone is working, gradually restoring power to the city,” — Kharchenko said.
