“The situation was extremely critical. As of the beginning of April, we lost 100% of pre-war sources of oil supply. No other country had ever faced such a level of supply chain disruption. Nobody in the world believed that we’d make it and manage to restore supplies and provide for the needs of the army, the economy, and consumers. But just three months later, there has been a surplus of all oil brands, not a deficit. Completely new fuel supply channels were built. The brand new system is more diversified, more flexible,” Kuiun said.
