Press conference for World AIDS Day: Why are the de-occupied territories at risk of an increase in the incidence of HIV and other socially dangerous diseases?

Context:
This year, the World AIDS Day is being held in Ukraine amid the war and the growing threat of an increase in the number of patients with socially dangerous diseases – HIV, hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis, etc. The reason lies in radically different approaches of Ukraine and the russian federation, and even more so the Gauleiter of the occupied territories to the sick. In russia, replacement maintenance therapy therapy for HIV-positive people is in short supply, not everyone receives it, so Ukrainians in the occupied territories were deprived of it, as well as control tests, which worsened their condition several times and made them more dangerous for others*.
It is no secret that a significant number of HIV-positive and hepatitis and tuberculosis patients are drug addicts. Before the occupation, there were so-called sites in Kupyansk and Balaklia, where they received substitution therapy, their condition was monitored by doctors, and they did not use street drugs. Replacement maintenance therapy is prohibited in the russian federation. There are many people who could not overcome the “breakage” on their own. They were forced to return to street drugs and for a “dose” performed slave labor for the occupiers. Disposable syringes were also unavailable.
Their contacts, as well as the presence in the occupied territories of mercenaries with HIV status, which was informed by the Intelligence office , the facts of sexual violence and the provision of unqualified medical care without tests for dangerous diseases, significantly increased the risks of spreading HIV, hepatitis, etc. The speed of spread is also related to the migration of patients, both within the country and outside its borders.
