To prove this, the Center for Strategic Communication and Information Security researched the laws of the russian federation, public statements of russian high-ranking officials, russian history textbooks, and other publications in russian official state media in order to find out: is the justification and vindication of the genocide of Ukrainians an “excessive act” or part of the russian state policy? |
