Slow death in captivity: presentation of the list of prisoners of the kremlin who are not receiving medical care from russia

Why this is interesting:
In February 2023, two Crimean political prisoners – Dzhemil Gafarov and Kostiantyn Shyrinh – died in russian captivity. This happened because the occupation authorities do not care about the health of political prisoners. There are at least 180 known Crimean political prisoners right now, several dozens of them have chronic conditions, disabilities or are elderly people. Many of them received long prison terms, they are not getting medical care. These people are at risk of dying in captivity.

During the event, human rights defenders will present a list of political prisoners suffering from the lack of medical care. They will also announce potential ways to solve this problem.
