As the author of the petition Yuriy Havrylyshyn notes, now cadets are equated with conscripts. Because of this, they are constantly faced with a prejudiced, low-value attitude on the part of other military personnel. This also applies to monetary support, which is currently 20% of the subsistence minimum. According to the author of the petition, it needs immediate changes.

How Ukraine seeks and confiscates russian assets within the country and the world

Topics of focus:

– Is there a transparent mechanism for selling russian assets in Ukraine?
– What reforms has Ukraine already implemented and what does it still have to implement to manage russian assets more effectively?
– How much damage has russia caused to Ukraine and is it realistic to reimburse them only through the assets confiscated from the aggressor?

Why this is interesting:

Two years prior to russia’s full-scale invasion, 13,000 companies directly or indirectly connected with the aggressor state worked in Ukraine. According to YouControl, in 2021 the total volume of assets with russian beneficiaries or stakes in them was estimated at USD 9 billion. However, disproportionately larger amounts of russian money are scattered around the world. What is Ukraine doing to confiscate and manage the assets of the aggressor country?
