The International Center for the Prosecution of Crimes of Aggression includes representatives of Ukraine, the European Union, the United States and the International Criminal Court. According to Eurojust, these are Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin, ICC Prosecutor Kareem Khan, Assistant U.S. Attorney General Kenneth Polite, and EU Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders.

The Center will conduct an investigation and collect evidence, which will be considered as an interim step before the establishment of a special tribunal for the leadership of the aggressor-state.

Why this is interesting:
