85% of Kherson oblast’s infrastructure ready for heating season – Oleksandr Tolokonnikov

Despite the shelling and danger, Kherson region’s utility workers continue to prepare the infrastructure for winter.

Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, Spokesman for the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“We continue to close these “holes” that the russians create with their shelling. After each attack on critical infrastructure, our utility workers respond, and despite the danger they continue to repair everything and prepare for the heating season. About 85% is already prepared. We still have about a month to hit the 100% mark,” he emphasized.

Oleksandr Tolokonnikov also added that work is underway to protect critical infrastructure facilities.
