74% of state business regulation tools related to sanitary rules and regulations recommended for cancellation

Among the total of 298 state regulation tools identified in this category, particularly those specifying sanitary requirements for businesses, 222 are recommended for cancellation.

Oleksii Dorogan, CEO of Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO), made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Out of the total number of sanitary rules and regulations, 222 tools, i.e., 74%, were recommended for cancellation. A portion of them, namely 76 tools, was recommended to be kept, with 46 of them requiring optimization and 30 deemed acceptable as they are,” Oleksii Dorogan said.
