1,235 Persons Have Been Killed and 2,662 Persons Have Been Injured in Donetsk Region Since the Beginning of the Full-Scale War — Head of Oblast Military Administration

Over the past day, 3 persons were killed and 14 persons were injured because of shelling in the Donetsk region. Since February 24, 1,235 persons have been killed and 2,662 persons have been injured in the region in total. Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during the briefing in Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The situation in the territory of Donetsk region is acute. Over the past day, virtually all settlements along the front line have been shelled. Over the past day alone, 3 persons were killed and 14 persons were injured. De-occupied territories are being attacked too. Every day actually we record casualties and injuries among the local population. It is calculated without regard to Mariupol and Volnovakha, where we can count the casualties after de-occupation. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of occupiers on the territory of Ukraine and the intensification of hostilities in the Donetsk region as well, 1,235 persons have been killed, and 2,662 persons have been injured as of this morning,” Pavlo Kyrylenko said.
