Zaporizhia region to reopen 18 kindergartens for limited in-person classes

In the Zaporizhia Oblast, 18 kindergartens are set to reopen for in-person education, though with restricted hours. Children will attend these institutions for only three hours each day.

This update was shared by Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Zaporizhia Oblast Military Administration, during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine.

“At the latest Defense Council meeting, we agreed to reopen 18 kindergartens for offline education. However, the arrangement is more complex—children will be limited to three hours per day, as no meals will be provided. Parents will drop off their children for this brief period before picking them up again,” Fedorov stated.
